The addition of a garage , porch and finished basement in
combination with a new roof allowed us to showcase our framing
abilities on a smaller remodel.
Steeper roof pitches, a bonus room over the garage and a custom front porch were all
part of the frame for this 2400 square foot home.
Our remodeling experience came in handy during the framing of
this home.  We removed the old roof and cantilevered the new
second floor over both sides of the house, while saving the
homes original custom coved ceilings and custom mill-work on
the first floor.
In addition to framing this custom home our crews also poured the new basement
foundation and installed the boxing and siding.
For this home our crews framed a new roof, front porch, and 1400 square foot addition  
on the rear.  In addition to help our builder achieve the exacting sound proofing
demanded by his customer,  we constructed the exterior  with a layer of insulatating
sound board over the exterior sheathing , and installed an additional layer of plywood
on the roof.
Yet another remodel, this home involved adding an additional two car garage, new roof
throughout and vaulted ceilings over the living area on the main floor.
Using a custom designed roof consisting of both trusses and rafters allowed for large
vaulted areas inside this house.
With simple roof lines and a sprawling footprint this 3100 square foot home was a
semi-custom design framed for one of our clients.
This home is one of many framed in a local sub-divsion.
The work on this house included demolition to the foundation, all new
framing, the addition of a 3 car garage and porch and the construction
of a new 500 square foot deck on the rear.
Multiple roof lines on the front elevation  make the craftsman style homes challenging
projects.
